Mattress Warranty

Every mattress we sell is backed by a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, including sagging beyond normal wear, physical flaws in the foam or coils, and issues with workmanship.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, stains, damage from improper use, or issues caused by an unsuitable foundation or bed frame.

Sheets, Pillows & Bedding

These items are covered by each manufacturer's own warranty, noted on the individual product page.

Making a Claim

Email support@slumirasleep.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and a few photos if possible. We'll review and get back to you within 1-2 business days.
